Steve Pinchasick
President

Steven Pinchasick, is the President of the firm. Upon completing his education at City College, he acted as the selling agent for numerous cooperative and condominium projects in New York. Mr. Pinchasick is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1980 during which time he was directly responsible for preparing and submitting numerous Public Offering Plans to the office of the Attorney General in the State of New York. Furthermore, Mr. Pinchasick is a committee co-chair for Temple Sinai in Roslyn, New York and is an executive committee member of the UJA Real Estate Alliance Trade Association of Long Island.

Michael Pinchasick
Executive Vice President

Michael Pinchasick has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate business since graduating the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2009 with a Degree in Economics. His career in real estate truly began before graduating, where, at the age of 18, he was licensed as a real estate salesperson in New York. He worked at Manhattan Apartments, a full-service residential brokerage in New York City, where he facilitated his clients’ housing needs and acted as a liaison between landlords and potential tenants. He also received a Certificate in Real Estate from New York University Shack Institute of Real Estate, with an emphasis on real estate finance.

Steve Schwinder
Senior Property Manager

Steven Schwinder’s real estate career encompasses both the residential and commercial market. Mr. Schwinder is responsible for the management of approximately 500 units comprising seven buildings throughout Manhattan and Queens. Some of his responsibilities include supervising building staff, managing capital improvement projects, contractor negotiations, local law compliance, budget development, and Shareholder and Board relations.

Jill Bader
Director Of Operations

After graduating from the University of Michigan and a career in advertising sales support at Katz Communications, Ms. Bader has held a variety of roles in property management. Her involvement in real estate began in the accounts payable/receivable department at Carlton Management, where she was responsible for processing tenant accounts and vendor payments and compiled monthly management reports. She was eventually promoted to Transfer Agent. In 2011, she became the Director of the Closing Department, facilitating all sales, sublets and alterations across the portfolio of cooperatives/condos throughout Manhattan, Queens and Long Island and ran the leasing department in the rental division.
