Michael Pinchasick has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate business since graduating the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2009 with a Degree in Economics. His career in real estate truly began before graduating, where, at the age of 18, he was licensed as a real estate salesperson in New York. He worked at Manhattan Apartments, a full-service residential brokerage in New York City, where he facilitated his clients’ housing needs and acted as a liaison between landlords and potential tenants. He also received a Certificate in Real Estate from New York University Shack Institute of Real Estate, with an emphasis on real estate finance.
Michael brings his experience from Beach Lane Management, where he managed 17 residential properties on the Upper East Side. His responsibilities included Facilities Management, Tenant Relations, Overseeing Day to Day Operations, Supervising Staff, and Coordinating Repairs and Capital Expenditures.
Michael then went on to Commercial Property Management for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he worked in Gural Holdings. He was responsible for overseeing a $106MM construction loan at 40 Worth Street. He was also solely responsible for all Category 1 compliance in the portfolio, which totaled more than 250 devices. He later became the point person for all PVT violations in the portfolio, which was followed by all NYC DOB, ECB, Local Law, and FDNY compliance for 7 Million Square Feet of commercial property.
Just prior to joining AMJ Equities, Michael was a Real Estate Broker at SKH Realty, a subsidiary of Steven Kamali Hospitality. There, he was a broker for Hospitality Real Estate venues, ranging from Hotel clients, bars, clubs, and restaurants. In his short tenure there, he successfully brokered a deal for Dogmatic, a “Naturally Good Fast Food,” at 120 MacDougal Street. He also helped in placing a Piano Bar tenant at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Stone Street.
As Property Management Coordinator, Mr. Pinchasick is involved in all facets of AMJ Equities, from cash flow modeling to property management, as well as business development.
